Brian began his professional journey at Walt Disney World, rising through the ranks and gaining firsthand insight into the power of culture, safety, and guest experience. His career evolved through senior leadership roles at Coach America, Arena Americas, and Alliance Bus Group. He later returned to Disney, where he led teams of 1,000+, managed over $100M in annual revenue, and drove major operational transformations across transportation, parking, and guest services. Following his tenure at Disney, he served in a senior leadership role at All Aboard America Holdings, contributing to the performance and growth of one of the largest privately held motorcoach companies in North America.
